During the service I inspect the boiler, flue and ventilation, check combustion and safe operation, review the controls and operating pressure, and look for signs of wear, leakage or unreliable performance. I provide a written service record and explain anything that needs attention in plain language. Any separate repair is explained and quoted before additional work begins.

Call me if the boiler will not start, repeatedly locks out, loses pressure, leaks, makes unfamiliar noises or leaves you without heating or hot water. I test the appliance and heating system to identify the underlying fault instead of changing parts speculatively.
