What to do in a gas emergency
If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 first. They'll attend and make the supply safe. Once they've done that, call me on 07903 815901 and I'll come out to diagnose and fix the underlying issue.
When to call me
- Boiler has stopped working and the house is cold
- No hot water at any tap
- Water leaking from a pipe, tank, or radiator you can't isolate
- Carbon monoxide alarm sounding (and gas supply already isolated)
- Burst pipe in cold weather
